These are two of the latest Mizuno Golf Irons from an extensive range of beautifully crafted Mizuno Irons.
Mizuno Golf Irons-MP68 Tour Blade
The MP 68 is an absolutely stunning looking iron from an extensive range of Mizuno golf irons that have been the choice of top players and amateurs down through the years.
The MP 68 has a scalloped muscle back and shorter hosel which encourages a lower, wind piercing ball flight. They allow maximum workability of the golf ball through the neutral bias provided by a more centred centre of gravity.
These clubs follow in the tradition of the legendary MP 33 iron and have a straighter leading edge that is incredibly attractive and that are in full conformity with the Condition of Competition rule for the coming year.
A word of caution though-these are a low handicap golfer’s clubs.
The standard set comprises of 3 iron to PW with a range of shaft options. The clubhead are of forged construction from a unitary mild carbon steel, 1025E which enhances feel considerably.
They sport a 3D muscle pad with a flattened midsole and rolled leading edges for the most precise ball striking. The grooves are in conformity with the competition rules for 2010 and you can choose between hard wearing chrome plate for a finish or a soft low glare Black Ni.
There are about a dozen custom shafts to choose from which will ensure that your investment in these beautiful clubs will leave you with a set of Mizuno golf irons that are ideally suited to your swing speed and golf game.
The lofts range from 21 degrees in the 3 iron to 47 degrees in the pitching wedge.
If you do not have the budget for these clubs, do not look at them because they are so attractive that you will want to buy when you see them!
MP 58 Dual Muscle
This club is a type of hybrid between the traditional muscle back blade combined with the modern opportunities created by the use of multi materials in golf club manufacturing.
The MP 58 boasts an 11 gram titanium insert which is forged into the outer muscle of the head. This is said to add real stability through impact as a result of the hugely improved perimeter weighting.
This club replaces the MP 57 and has a thinner topline and sole ensures a center of gravity that is close to the face and consequently a low, penetrating flight. This forgiveness does not compromise the workability of your shot making and you can still work the ball relatively easily..assuming that you are a low handicap player and these are a low handicapper’s clubs.
The set runs from 3 iron (21 degrees) to PW with 47 degrees of loft and the standard factory fitted shaft is a Dynamic Gold in Regular or Stiff.
The grain flow forged construction that Mizuno uses in all it’s forged clubs is not in any way compromised by the use of the titanium plate in the back of the clubhead.
They are finished with a double nickel mirror chrome which ensures that you will have a very attractive club well into the future.
